About Your New Resume:

If you haven’t been getting your desired response with your current resume, you’ve come to the right place. The indomitable prevalence of internet recruiting has made having an accomplishment-based keyword-rich resume imperative. Step 1: Initial contact; email your current resume and cover letter if you have it available
Step 2: Phone consultation; we discuss your background, experience, needs and goals for your professional career
Step 3: Receive invoice and pay 50% deposit via PayPal or bank deposit
Step 4: I’ll send the first draft of your new resume within 48 hours
Step 5: Send your corrections, revisions and feedback via email
Step 6: Receive invoice and pay remaining 50% payment via PayPal or bank deposit
Step 7: I’ll send the second draft of your resume as well as the first draft of cover letter, reference sheet and post-interview thank you letter
Step 8: (Optional) Request and receive further corrections on resume, cover letter, reference sheet and post-interview thank you letter
Step 9: Receive final resume, cover letter and reference sheet in .doc, .pdf and ASCII formats; confirm satisfaction
Step 10: Unlimited updates of your resume, cover letter, thank you letter and reference sheet for life

Package Options:

Package A, "The Basic" ($75) - If you’re satisfied with the content of your resume but need a more attention-grabbing format and design to get your resume noticed, this is the package for you. “The Basic” is also applicable for upgrading the look of your resume to reflect your escalation from A to B level or from B to C level. This package includes reformatting, correcting for spelling and grammar, customizing layout/design and changing borders, sections and titles, all to make your resume or cover letter visually appealing so you immediately catch the eye of a recruiter and stand out from the stack of otherwise qualified applicants.

There are three formatting options: (1) the new format of your resume can be created from scratch specifically for your needs, (2) can be chosen from any that have been successful recently, or (3) can be made similar to an example you find that you like.

Package B, "The New Resume" ($125) - If your current resume is getting little to no response from potential employers, it’s time to make it over before you miss any more chances to get your dream job. “The New Resume” includes a phone consultation, where we discuss your background, experience, needs and goals for your professional career. This is a very important step in ensuring your accomplishments, personality and talents are diametrically represented in your resume. Your Strategic Resume is subsequently created from scratch incorporating my proven strategy; I will remove any impertinent information, add a succinctly descriptive profile section detailing why an employer should hire you, an industry-specific keyword-rich Key Qualifications section which will be successful in beating the automated Applicant Tracking Systems (see below), and recreate your professional experience completely to show your experience, qualifications and contributions you’ve made to present and past employers.

Package C, "The Full Deal" ($175) - My most popular package; includes phone consultation, custom resume (as detailed in “The New Resume”), tailored cover letter and formatted reference sheet. A properly engineer cover letter is the deciding factor between the top of the stack and the recycle bin. Special attention is paid to highlighting relevant aspects of your career and talents to match specific opportunities and ensuring you are positioned for immediate recognition.

Package D, "Interview Assurance" ($225) - Phone consultation, custom resume, cover letter, reference sheet, interview coaching (including salary negotiation) and post-interview thank you letter. If it’s been a while since you’ve interviewed or if you’re switching careers a practice interview is a must. When you land the interview for the job of your dreams you want to make sure that you are equipped to answer those tough questions as well as be able to best articulate your skills, experiences and what you can bring to the company. Through expert interview coaching and critique, I will prepare a mock interview specifically for you as well as provide pointers, best practices and alternative answers to those vital and tricky questions.

We will also discuss salary negotiation; I work with you individually to overcome objections and challenges when negotiating a salary with a potential employer. Together we will determine what you are worth, what the job is worth and how to go about negotiating your way to create a win-win outcome for both you and the employer.

Your thank you letter seals the deal and brings top of the mind awareness to the hiring manager when trying to decide between the qualified candidates. This also shows you’re thorough, detail-oriented, habitually follow through on projects and that the position really matters to you. Thanking the interviewer for his/ her time sounds very simple yet many people get stuck trying to figure out what to say.
